The Quiet Seller is a 4-week virtual sales training programme delivered in small cohorts of up to 6 participants. Your booking includes four live group sessions, two 1:1 coaching sessions, access to Ada (our AI sales coaching tool), and accompanying workbooks — as described on the course landing page at the time of booking.
UK & EU cohorts are priced at £1,200 inclusive of UK VAT. EU attendees purchasing through a business may be required to account for VAT in their own country under the reverse charge mechanism — please check with your accountant. US cohorts are priced at $1,500 USD. US pricing does not include sales tax or other local taxes — you are responsible for any tax obligations in your own jurisdiction. Full payment is required before the course start date. Payment details will be provided after you complete the reservation form. Prices are subject to change, but any price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honoured.
Submitting the reservation form expresses your interest in joining a cohort. Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. We'll send confirmation by email along with a pre-course questionnaire approximately two weeks before your cohort starts.
If you attend Session 1 and decide the programme isn't for you, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the first session. After Session 1 and the 48-hour window, no refunds will be issued as the remaining content and 1:1 coaching will already be tailored to your business.
If you need to cancel before the course begins, we're happy to transfer your booking to a future cohort at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the start date. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the start date may be transferred to a future cohort but are not eligible for a refund.
If you miss a live group session, we'll share any relevant materials so you can catch up. Missed sessions cannot be refunded individually. If you need to reschedule your 1:1 coaching session, please give us at least 48 hours' notice.
To get the most from the programme, we ask that you attend all four live sessions, complete the pre-course questionnaire, and engage constructively with your cohort. The programme works best when everyone shows up and participates. We reserve the right to remove a participant whose behaviour is disruptive to the group, in which case a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
All course materials — including session content, workbooks, frameworks, and Ada — are the intellectual property of Opendoor Scientific Ltd. You may use them for your own business purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without our written permission. The Quiet Seller™ is a trademark of Opendoor Scientific Ltd.
Ada is an AI-powered sales coaching tool provided as part of the programme. While Ada is designed to support your learning, it is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise). Outputs from Ada should be reviewed and applied using your own judgement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using Ada or any other part of the programme.
The Quiet Seller is a training programme designed to help you develop sales skills and confidence. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or business outcomes. Our total liability in connection with the programme is limited to the amount you paid for your cohort place. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for anything we cannot legally exclude.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.opendoorscientific.com/privacy-policy. By booking the course, you consent to us using your name, email, and questionnaire responses to deliver and tailor the programme. We won't share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to session dates, times, or content where necessary (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances). If we need to make a material change, we'll notify you by email and offer the option to transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
